1. On the Internet, go to http://wdpunity1/web/sa.
2. In the left navigational pane, click the Subscribers link.
3. In the upper right portion of the page, click the Add button.
4. Select Import Existing Exchange User.
5. Click the Select button.
6. In the Findy By drop down box, select either Alias, First Name, or Last Name.
7. Type the appropriate search criteria in the text box.
8. Click the Find button.

2. Open the Users folder located on the desktop.

1. Log into wdpstaff.
2. Open the Users folder located on the desktop.
3. Right click on the white space inside the Users folder.
4. Click New > Folder.
5. Type the user's logon name in capital letters for the folder name.
6. Right click on the new folder.
7. Click on Sharing and Security.
8. Click the radio button next to Share This Folder.
9. Add a dollar sign after the logon name for the Share Name.
10. Click the Permissions button.
11. Click the Add button.
12. Type the user's logon name.
13. Click the OK button.
14. Give the user full control.
15. Click the OK button.
